I enhanced my knowledge in SEO optimization and data-driven decisions through KPI tracking and in-depth website performance analysis, decreasing the bounce rate by 10% and increasing session duration by 37% in 4 months. I have the privilege of conducting exclusive interviews with globally recognized experts and influential stakeholders (e.g., CNN commentators and government leaders) and crafting thought-leader commentary, amplifying average views by 200%, and improving average engagement time to 49% over 4 months. Under my leadership, the Director of Community Inclusion assisted my position in coordinating educational content and messaging for the Pi Beta Phi Instagram page. I effectively planned and executed workshops, presentation materials, and team-building events within the Panhellenic community to lead the chapter.
Also, I actively engaged with local and national Panhellenic leaders and members to bring relevant programming and content to each chapter in the country.
